Lena Dunham is on the mend!
As you may recall, back in November, the 29-year-old penned an intimate look into her painful struggle with what has now been diagnosed and treated as endometriosis — a disorder that causes the lining of the uterus to grow outside of the uterus. In March, the Girls star underwent surgery after having an ovarian cyst rupture.
Needless to say, it hasn't been an easy journey — but things are beginning to look up.
At the 8th annual Blossom Ball on Tuesday night (where she was awarded the Blossom Award), Miz Dunham gave a much-anticipated update:
All glammed out!
The event benefited the Endometriosis Foundation, and it's no surprise that the Girls creator was there, as she has publicly revealed she suffers from the condition.
The actress was looking healthy and glowing in a white blazer and cut-out top worn with blue and green print silk pants.
Now the pants are not so bad but Lena's accessories were definitely unnecessary. She could've gone without the necklace and drop earrings, and the overall ensemble would've been much more polished.
Padma and Allison kept their accessories to a minimum, and instead let their glamorous gowns do the talking.
The Top Chef host and Girls actress picked a backless silver shimmering number and a navy blue sheer long-sleeved lace dress, respectively.

Padma Lakshmi is revealing all!
Promoting her new memoir, Love, Loss, And What We Ate, the Top Chef host previously opened up about being molested as a child.
In an interview with People, the 45-year-old also speaks about her experience growing up in America, including deciding to change her name.
"I was this tall when I was 13 in eighth grade. I had a very long neck, I used to get called E.T., Skeletor, giraffe, you name it."
In an attempt to fit in at school, she confesses to temporarily choosing a new name to go by:
Padma Lakshmi is getting real about a lot of topics in her new memoir Love, Loss And What We Ate — including being molested as a young girl by a friend of her then-stepfather.
"I wanted to talk about it because if women like me don't talk about it, who will?"
The 45-year-old actress was just seven years old when she recalls the first incident.
As a child, she lived with her mom in a Queens two bedroom apartment, along with her then-stepfather and his friend, with whom she shared a bed.
This may seem strange, but she explains:
"[It was] a state of affairs that, to people like us, who were used to living far too many to an apartment in India, seemed relatively normal."
She remembers in the book:
The claws are out!
ICYMI, the conservative was promoting her new book Adios America!: The Left's Plan to Turn Our Country Into a Third-World Hellhole where she shares her extremely polarizing views on immigration.
On the daytime talk show, Coulter said
Well, the Victoria's Secret Angel stopped by Watch What Happens Live! on Thursday alongside Padma Lakshmi and not only did she speak the truth about the whole situation… she didn't even know people ever thought she'd hooked up with The Biebs!
When Andy Cohen asked the 34-year-old beauty about their possible relationship, Adriana clarified that it didn't happen — and furthermore it couldn't have happened!
Why? Because Justin is only 5'9" — and everyone shorter than 6'7" gets instantly friendzoned!

Michelle Collins stepped out as The Little Mermaid villain Ursula, joined by contributor Stacy London as Ariel! Raven Symonè hunched over dressed up as the Wicked Witch from Into The Woods, as Padma Lakshmi followed as Rapunzel!
Joy Behar brought vanity back dressing up as the Evil Queen with Ana Navarro as Snow White! Channeling her inner Cate Blanchett was Paula Faris, who took on the Wicked Stepmother with Molly Sims appearing as Cinderella!
But, of course, Whoopi Goldberg brought down the house as Cruella de Vil — and she didn't even need a sidekick!
