Uh oh!

According to The National Enquirer, that joint lawsuit from her former glam squad could have some homolicious repercussions for Queen Latifah.

Is that a bad thing????

Queen Latifah is one cheap ass boss! And the actor/rapper/singer is getting sued over it! Not because she didn't pay her employees enough, but because she didn't pay them anything!

Both stylist Susan Moses and cosmetologist Roxanna Floyd filed separate suits yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court alleging that, together, they're owed $1 million in unpaid salaries.

The two helped work on Latifah's CoverGirl ad campaign and her Curvations line of lingerie.

According to Moses, Latifah had promised her a $50,000 yearly salary back in 2005 for her work on the Curvations line. She now claims to be owed $300,000.

Moses' attorney said that "Despite such demands and assurances as well as expressions of remorse for having stiffed plaintiff … defendants have completely failed to pay plaintiff for her services and …. expenses relating to Curvations."

As for cosmetologist Roxanna, she claims she's owed $700,000 for her work with Latifah.

So what's Queen Latifah to say about this? Nothing. Instead her spokeswoman, Amanda Silverman, called the suits "without merit."

What? No denial? Inneresting.

She's gotta bring home the bacon!

According to new reports, dykon and Jenny Craig spokeswhore, Queen Latifah, is releasing an 'inspirational book' in 2010.

The publishing suit who'll be editing the book said, "We are delighted that Queen Latifah will share her powerful presence with readers from all walks of life. She is an incredible role model for young women and I look forward to working with her."

The book will be published by Grand Central Publishing, who just recently inked a deal with Chris Rock.

The Queen's first book, a motivational memoir, came out in 1999.

Queen Latifah showed up to the People's Choice Awards looking absolutely stunning Happy Meal-ish in a purple gown accessorized with a matching…bruise?

Damn! Look at that shiner near her elbow!

Her rep said that her "real active" client probably received the bruise as a result of biking or hiking. They couldn't give a definitive answer?

Or maybe she found the thief who stole her jewels and beat his ass!

The Queen looks like she delivers a mean right hook!

Queen Latifah will stay on as a $pokeswhore for Jenny Craig.

Because she still has a lot more work left to do????

The singer and actress became a rep for the company last year. And, now, reports are confirming that Latifah will continue her job representing the company through 2009.

Scott Parker, vice president of marketing for Jenny Craig, said "We are proud of Queen Latifah's achievements and are excited to continue the relationship. Queen Latifah embodies the healthy lifestyle principles and character that Jenny Craig stands for and we look forward to another great year."

We guess they didn't feel the same way about Kirstie Alley.

If Jenny Craig wants people to think they can lose weight on their plan, they should stick with celebs like Valerie Bertinelli who have actually lost weight and kept it off.

Celebrities are just like us!

They even get robbed of their jewels while on fancy vacations at $1000 a night villas in exotic locations!

After a barbecue brunch Queen Latifah returned to her villa at Stone Haven Villas in Black Rock Tobago to discover more than $10,000 worth of jewelry missing. With no indication of forced entry, authorities suspect it was an inside job, perhaps even one of the staff assigned to the villa.

Queen L. was in Tobago with a "female friend" celebrating the holidays.

Speaking with police, the performer said the jewelry is of sentimental value and said she might offer a reward for its safe return.

Apparently the management of the Villas informed local police that Queen Latifah was to be staying there and to give the area special attention.

Guess it didn't do her any good!

We hope she gets her stuff back!

That's not a fun way to start 2009!
