What's even better is that the A-lister beat out fellow industry vets Nicole Kidman in Grace of Monaco, Christina Ricci in The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, Susan Sarandon in The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe, and Kristen Wiig in The Spoils Before Dying.

The SAG Awards have commenced!

Unlike other shows, the Screen Actors Guild doesn't need no fancy musical numbers or celebrity roast to kick off their show (sorry, Ricky Gervais!).

But what better way to kick off the night of actors honoring their peers with some "I'm an actor" introductions?

The intimate opening panned through the crowd of celebs, who each turned to the camera to introduce themselves to the audience!

Jeffery Tambor quipped about playing Maura Pfefferman in Transparent, and The Big Bang Theory's Kunal Nayyar talked about his first acting role — playing a terrorist!

Let the legendary Treach explain exactly why taking it directly to fans was an important move for the '90s hip-hop group:

"We're in the hip-hop genre where the majority of the veteran artists don't get support from record labels. So you don't hear music from many legends in the game. Our fans worldwide kept letting us know that they miss our era of music. We launched this Kickstarter so there would be a platform to grant them their wish of hearing new Naughty By Nature songs and seeing new Naughty By Nature videos."

Wow, what a total roller coaster moment!

Just moments before Lady GaGa dramatically took home Best Actress in a Limited-series or TV Movie at the 2016 Golden Globes, Ricky Gervais made a HILARIOUS joke about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie wanting to adopt Kevin Hart and Ken Jeong.

Seriously, it was one of Ricky's better jokes of the night!

Funny moments aside, L.G. was super emotional as she accepted her Best Actress award for her celebrated work in American Horror Story: Hotel. According to the actress, it was the "best moment" of her life!

The teary-eyed and grateful GaGa stole the show from fellow nominees Kirsten Dunst (Fargo), Sarah Hay (Flesh and Bone) Felicity Huffman (American Crime), and Queen Latifah (Bessie).

Considering the blonde revealed she always wanted to be an actress first, it's likely AHS won't be her last TV role.

Golden Globes 2016: Queen Latifah walks the red carpet.

So celestial!

Queen Latifah surprised us in this beautiful baby blue Badgley Mischka gown at the Golden Globes in LA Sunday night.

Not only was it easy on the eyes, it also looked so soft and comfy! How often can you say that about a formal red carpet gown, right?

Honorable mention to the silver beading along her shoulders that perfectly complement the blue hue of the dress.

She's a queen, all right!
