Jon Hamm

Jon Hamm is not afraid of his flaws.

In fact, the Mad Men star is not ashamed to face his demons head on as he went to rehab in 2015 for alcoholism, and continues to go to therapy on a consistent basis.

Opening up to Mr. Porter's The Journal, the 45-year-old explained his relationship with rehab, and how seeking help is not a sign of weakness:

"It has all these connotations, but it's just an extended period of talking about yourself. People go for all sorts of reasons, not all of which are chemically related. But there's something to be said for pulling yourself out of the grind for a period of time and concentrating on recalibrating the system. And it works. It's great."

Additionally, the actor recommends therapy as a way to keep your mental health in check — something he learned back in the early '90s after his father passed:

"I find it very helpful. I know the English are a lot more skeptical about it than Americans are, but maybe after Brexit, you'll change your minds."

There's no doubt Jana Kramer has been continually wronged by the men in her life.

As we've learned, the the One Tree Hill alum is currently estranged from her husband Mike Caussin as the former footballer reportedly strayed multiple times during the course of their relationship. Prior to her third marriage (Jana was also married to actor Johnathon Schaech), the Dancing With The Stars contestant suffered horrific abuse at the hands of her first husband Michael Gambino, who is now deceased.

The greatest blessing to come from all of this, however, is the country singer and Caussin's beautiful baby girl, Jolie.

In a new interview with People, Miz Kramer opens up about finally thinking she found the one when she fell for Mike back in 2014… until he showed his true colors:

"I was swept away by Mike. Mike was the biggest of the betrayals because it was the first time in a relationship where I truly loved the version of me. I didn't feel I had to prove that I was good enough, I was vulnerable and finally at peace with myself. But I was fooled."

In August, Caussin entered rehab "for undisclosed reasons," which we have now learned is reportedly because of his ongoing problem with "sex addiction."

For the first time, the 29-year-old athlete has publicly apologized to the Why Ya Wanna songstress, telling the outlet:
