We are SOOOO not SHOCKED!!

While we know SOMETHING must have put the match to the dry tinder that was Katy Perry and Russell Brand's marriage, we were never quite sure what brand of match it was.

Now we're pretty positive it was one of the CHEATERS variety!

Earlier today, jewelry designer and Katy Perry's bestie Markus Molinari tweeted THIS explosive claim:

Of course, this is nowhere near proof, but we like to think he wouldn't say it if it weren't true. Plus, as we've earlier reported, Brand was immediately seeing other girls post-divorce, so it's not the MOST far fetched suspicion.

But something may have been taken OFF instead put on!

Reportedly, Katy's former beau and matching tattoo partner visited Shamrock Tattoo parlor in WeHo to get his inner arm ink removed.

Russell Brand may be have honoring Steve Jobs when he hurled a photog's iPhone and throwing it through a plate glass window in New Orleans on Monday night, but because Louisana property damage that exceeds $500 triggers a felony arrest, that's exactly what he'll have to honor now!

As reported earlier, Russell Brand did a no-no and snatched a photog iPhone and chucked through a window (for Steve Jobs). Now, he has to pay his debt society … and that doesn't come cheap.

Grand total for his repentance? 5,000 dollars.

The actor turned himself in and was booked on two counts of simple criminal damage to property by the Nawlins Sheriff's Office.

Russell posted his $5K bail and is once again a free man!

He has also agreed to pay for the window he smashed, which totaled a whopping $240.

Let's not snatch anymore phones, Russell!!! Or at the very least, stop fighting with the paparazzi. This is like, what? The third time now? We think you've made your point!

UPDATE: Russell is roaming the streets of Nawlins once again, with a mystery lady in tow, HOURS after he was released.
