In relation to THIS POST, Travis Barker just sent us the following email.

P.S. We emailed him back. Travis isn't stupid, but him taking that beef with Shanna to Twitter was definitely stoopid not mature. Oh, yeah, and sending us that email was not the brightest either!

Though he's received no instant reply from his estranged wife Shanna Moakler, Travis Barker took to his Twitter to bash the hell out of her and her family.

Clearly, Travis has some issues with Shanna's family and her decision to include them in their children's lives, including Atiana, who's Shanna's daughter with Oscar de la Hoya.

Travis tweeted the following:

"Killin child molesters and careless mothers 1 tweet at a time. Kids are amazing and should never be exposed to that. Thanks for the support.

@ShannaMoakler Your uncle is a CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER and you will NOT agree to keep him away from the kids. Therefore, i put u on blast.

@ShannaMoakler And there is a thing called a shitty Mom that allows such behavior and thats where u fit right in.

@ShannaMoakler Where is Atiana Shanna ,why do u ship her out every summer where your uncle lives, why don't u spend the summer with her?"

WTF? Shanna allegedly sends her daughter to spend the summers with a convicted child molester?!?

Either way, this is just stupid Travis. Twitter is not the correct forum to air out the dirty laundry of your family, especially when kids are involved. If you want to have a discussion about your kids, do it over the phone or in person.

And if it's true about the child molester, we think there are laws keeping people like that away from kids. So if it's true, get your attorneys involved, ASAP!

Rant and rave all you want, but we doubt Shanna would put her daughter or other kids in any kind of danger. And if you think she would, get the authorities involved, not your Twitter fans.

We recently mentioned how fired Miss California, Carrie Prejean, is threatening to file a lawsuit against the Miss California organization, as well as Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler. The paperwork is dripping with whining, bitter blabber about how she was treated unfairly and she throws down some hefty accusations at everyone involved in the organization.

Boo-hoo! You eff up your own gig and then start blaming others. Very mature.

Well, media-loving Carrie Prejean has come out to explain that she will not being filing a lawsuit against the organization - yet.

She tells Access Hollywood a legal complaint exists, which we obtained a copy of, but it is not signed. For now, it is only a "precaution" set forth by her lawyers in preparation for her book.

Ah, yes, her memoir. That's really what this is all about: reminding people who you are so they'll buy your book and hear all the terrible things you are sure to say about Keith, Shanna, and of course, Perezzzz.

Actually, we can't wait to read that either - we need a good laugh! Thankfully, all the good parts will likely be found online, so no need to actually buy her book!

The former beauty queen was interviewed by Billy Bush this morning and she attempts to spin herself a great little story of woe. When asked if she plans on filing the suit drawn up, she answered:

“No, I mean, hopefully this will all just get taken care of. There’s definitely some things that are false that they’ve said about me and I think definitely the book will — it’s sort of like therapy for me. It’s a way for me to just get out the truth, really… I mean they did slander me, they defamed me.They made me look like I don’t show up to work, like I don’t do my job and that’s not true, Billy. I mean they haven’t proven one appearance that I missed and no one’s challenged them. Not one media outlet has challenged them and said, ‘Prove to me. What appearances has she missed?’”

We know for a fact you don't have the greatest track-record with appearances, hun! Remember THIS & THIS!

What a dumb bitch!!!!!!!

This is UNBELIEVABLE!

After being fired by Donald Trump earlier this summer, Carrie Prejean wants to keep her name in the headlines. Hey, maybe she's not so dumb after all - just a bitch!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that the former Miss California is filing a lawsuit against the Miss California organization, as well as Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler, the Cali pageant organizers.

Prejean is alleging slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Donald Trump is not named as one of the defendants in the suit.

The complaint, which we obtained a copy of (see below), will be filed with Superior Court of the State of California, the County of Los Angeles - Central Division.

Carrie is alleging a "conspiracy" against her by Moakler and Lewis and that their "wrongful conduct" against her "constituted a breach of duty."

Perez is mentioned multiple times in the lawsuit. Thanks for the shout-outs, boo!

The lawsuit goes on to list every little thing that happened after Carrie deservedly lost the Miss USA title in Las Vegas. We lived that shit. No need to relive it again!

The blonde charges that Shanna and Keith lied to the media when they called her "unreliable" and claimed that she failed to attend many public appearances, as she was required to per her role as Miss California.

Prejean claims that Moakler and Lewis set out to lie about her and defame her publicly, with the intention of causing her to lose her crown.

Carrie says that she has suffered "lost earnings" as a result of all this.

WTF???? Okay, now she's a dumb bitch again! If anything, Prejean should be thanking Shanna and Keith - and especially Perez - for giving her a career.

Were it not for this "scandal" little Carrie would not have just scored a recent book deal.

This whole lawsuit smells like a bullshit attempt to drum up anticipation and sales for her memoir, which is to be released in November.

The suit further goes on to claim that as a result of Moakler and Lewis' actions, Prejean has suffered anxiety, depression, loss of sleep and stress.

That's life, bitch. Deal with it!

Oh, and Carrie is DEFINITELY not happy that Shanna and Keith revealed to the world that she had a boob job!

In the suit, Prejean falsely claims that Moakler and Lewis conspired with Perez to attack her because of her religious beliefs.

Ughhh, how many times do we have to say this???? We attacked her because she's a dumb bitch, NOT because she loves Jesus.

We love Jesus too!

And Jesus would not be happy with this bullshit lawsuit!

P.S. Yes, she's asking for money! Duh.

Update: This just in!

We are told that before Carrie files, lawyers on behalf of the Miss California organization and Prejean are talking right now about handling this matter through mediation and outside of the court system.

Not one to miss the famewhore train, Shanna Moakler, who resigned as pageant director for Miss California USA last month, issued the following statement:

"Now that Carrie has been terminated from her position as Miss California, I would consider resuming my role and responsibilities with the pageant. It was hard for me to step down, but I felt what was happening was wrong and against what I felt was a proper guideline for our youth to follow.

"First and foremost, my faith has been restored in the Miss Universe Organization and with Donald Trump. I believed eventually what I intimately knew would come to fruition."

The California pageant would be lucky to have her back!

Yesterday, rocker and father Travis Barker Tweeted about motherhood, supposedly taking some stabs at his ex and mother of his children, Shanna Moakler.

Shanna got wind of it and her reps released this statement with OK!: "As I've said before Shanna is not going to play out her personal relationships in the media."

We think that is pretty dignified. Private matter requires privacy.

We hope they can work things out, though, for the kiddies

Travis Barker took to his official Twitter on Monday to share some thoughts related to motherhood.

He Tweeted, "Kids are not to be used as weapons. Deadbeat moms that sleep all day,seeking money, attention like 2 do so. Just hurts the kids in the end."

Wow.

He went on to also Tweet, "Giving birth 2 a child doesn't make u a good mom. Taking care of them, loving them,waking up with them, spending time with them does."

It sounds like he's giving a piece of his mind to babymomma Shanna Moakler!!

Ouch!

Thus far, Shanna has not responded to Travis.

Former Miss USA, Shanna Moakler, has just resigned as co-executive director of the Miss California pageant, she has just confirmed to PerezHilton.com.

Moakler just sent us the following statement:

"Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization," states Shanna Moakler. "I can not with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth. I want to be a role model for young woman with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children. I am sorry and hope I have not let any young supporters down but wish them the best of luck in fulfilling their dreams."
