A paralyzed man was able to walk again after doctors performed an amazing procedure.

Doctors took olfactory cells (scent smelling cells) and transplanted them into the patient's spinal cord. The patient was paralyzed from the chest down after a knife attack severed his spine.

Ian Nichols, 76, has been blind for about 20 years due to a degenerative eye condition.

It's called retinitis pigmentosa and because of it, he knows what it's like to hold his grandchildren, but he's never seen them as they've grown.

Until now that is!!

Thanks to a Toronto hospital doing a study, Ian was able to get a "bionic eye!"

If you didn't already think child birth was a miracle, maybe this will change your mind!

We guess it's true what they say: giving birth really IS a miracle!!

A 36-year-old Swedish woman recently made history as she became the first person EVER to give birth after having undergoing a womb transplant!

The new mother, who wishes to remain nameless, was told she had no womb at just 15-years-old, making it impossible for her to have kids. However, doctors DID mention the possibility of a transplant, although they made it clear that nothing was guaranteed!

This sounds like a nice alternative to getting a needle at the doctor's office, but we're still not sure how we feel about it.

Scientists at MIT and Mass. Gen have come up with a way to take your medicine orally as opposed to intravenously.

But it isn't just your run of the mill pill. The way it works is once the compartment passes your stomach and hits the intestine, a coating on the pill will dissolve, and small needles will prick your insides as it goes through your digestive tract! AHHHH!
