James Franco celebrated his 30th birthday in Los Angeles on Saturday night with friend Tobey Maguire (above).

The actor was treated to a surprise birthday party at STK restaurant.

Guests included Maguire, Johan Hill and Seth Rogan.

Tobey Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer, are expecting their second child, In Touch is exclusively reporting.

Jen is said to be approaching her second trimester and she's due in early October, the mag reveals.

"Jen and Tobey are over-the-moon happy," a friend of the couple tells In Touch. "Since they already have a daughter, they would love a little boy, but of course they would be just as thrilled with another daughter."

The insider adds that Jen and Tobey always planned to have another child within two years of the birth of their daughter, Ruby, who is 17 months old. "Jen's doing great," her friend reveals. "She had an easy pregnancy last time around, so this time it should also be a breeze."

To make room for baby #2, the couple is in the process of building their dream home on a recently purchased lot in Brentwood that cost nearly $10 million!

"They want at least three kids, so they'll need a big house," their pal explains. "That's why they're building one now."

Congrats to the happy couple!

A source very close to Tobey and Jen tells PerezHilton.com exclusively that, "Jen is NOT pregnant! It is 100 percent not true."

We are inclined to believe our source on this one!

In Touch Weekly is reporting that Kiki Drunkst is breezing through her 12 steps to sobriety!

According to a pal, she has been calling people to make amends, which happens to be step nine.

One of the first people Kiki reached out to was SpiderMan co-star and former boyfriend Tobey Maguire.

"Kirsten apologized for things she did to him when they worked together and dated in 2001," the insider reveals.

Maguire forgave Kirsten, says the source.

We really want to know how things went down when she called her other former b.f., Jake Gyllenhaal!

A little something like this, probably.

Drunkst: "I'm sorry for vomiting all over you while we had sex that one time."

GyllenHO: "It happened more than once."

Drunkst: "It did????"

Tobey Maguire and his longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Meyer, are now husband and wife, In Touch Weekly is exclusively reporting.

The pair, who have a 9-month old daughter, Ruby, got married Monday night in a secret ceremony held in Hawaii.

Only a handful of close friends and family were with the couple as they tied the knot at sunset. Among them? Tobey's BFF Leonardo DiCaprio, who was there.

Congrats to the happy couple! They'll probably be divorced by winter!

Tubby loves poker!

Tobey Maguire cashed in during two events at this year's World Series of Poker, held this weekend in Las Vegas.

In event 45, out of 728 players Tubby busted 66th ($6,159). In the $10k main event, with a field of 6,358 players Tobey lasted three days and went out in 292nd place ($39,445).

Not too shabby!

P.S. Yes, Shannon "F List" Elizabeth was there too.

When is Jennifer Love Desperate going to join the poker circuit????
