With all the baby drama surrounding Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker lately, it was only a matter of time before they took it to court.

And that's just was happened.

Travis filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court requesting a "modification" of his child custody agreement.

With him on tour with Blink 182 for the summer, he wanted to spend more time with the kids than what his legal documents allowed him.

And surprisingly, Moakler and Barker were able to compromise and come to an agreement.

On Monday, Travis' request to see more of his two kids, 5-year-old Landon and 3-year-old Alabama was approved.

Barker will be on tour through the beginning of October, but at least now he'll get to spend more time with his babies.

Glad to see Shanna and Travis were able to handle it as adults.

She's taking the high road. Smart!

In response to THIS and then THIS TOO, Shanna Moakler is speaking out.

Travis Barker's ex-wife is denying allegations made against her by the drummer - on Twitter! - that she endangers the welfare of their children by letting their kids near her uncle, whom he claims is a convicted child molestor.

Oh, yeah, he also publicly calls her a "shitty mother". Real classy!

In exclusive statement to PerezHilton.com Shanna tells us:

"First and foremost, I don't have a uncle, second, I would NEVER endanger the lives of my children. I find making public spectacles humiliating not just for our children but for our entire families. It should be known I have physical custody of my children and allowed for them to go on tour with their father as I felt it would be a once in a lifetime opportunity for them. It seems for doing this I am being punished. I am not sure what started this outburst but I would like it to end for all parties. As much as I enjoy social networks I do not find them a stage for personal matters nor do I find threats of any kind acceptable."

Next time Travis Barker needs to work out his aggression against Shanna Moakler, he should stay away from Twitter.

In relation to THIS POST, Travis Barker just sent us the following email.

"Man, watch who you call stupid on your website!!!!!!!!! Shanna's uncle is a fucking molester and won't sign papers keeping my kids awsay from them. Unless i get a reply back from you stay away from and keep my name out your mouth. Calling me stupid is not brightest idea."

P.S. We emailed him back. Travis isn't stupid, but him taking that beef with Shanna to Twitter was definitely stoopid not mature. Oh, yeah, and sending us that email was not the brightest either!

Though he's received no instant reply from his estranged wife Shanna Moakler, Travis Barker took to his Twitter to bash the hell out of her and her family.

Clearly, Travis has some issues with Shanna's family and her decision to include them in their children's lives, including Atiana, who's Shanna's daughter with Oscar de la Hoya.

Travis tweeted the following:

"Killin child molesters and careless mothers 1 tweet at a time. Kids are amazing and should never be exposed to that. Thanks for the support.

@ShannaMoakler Your uncle is a CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER and you will NOT agree to keep him away from the kids. Therefore, i put u on blast.

@ShannaMoakler And there is a thing called a shitty Mom that allows such behavior and thats where u fit right in.

@ShannaMoakler Where is Atiana Shanna ,why do u ship her out every summer where your uncle lives, why don't u spend the summer with her?"

WTF? Shanna allegedly sends her daughter to spend the summers with a convicted child molester?!?

Either way, this is just stupid Travis. Twitter is not the correct forum to air out the dirty laundry of your family, especially when kids are involved. If you want to have a discussion about your kids, do it over the phone or in person.

And if it's true about the child molester, we think there are laws keeping people like that away from kids. So if it's true, get your attorneys involved, ASAP!

Rant and rave all you want, but we doubt Shanna would put her daughter or other kids in any kind of danger. And if you think she would, get the authorities involved, not your Twitter fans.

You will recall that almost a year ago, Travis Barker and DJ AM were seriously injured while four others died when a Learjet 60 crashed during takeoff in South Carolina.

Now, the National Transportation Safety Board is instituting a new set of designs for the plane in order to protect others from future accidents.

Basically, it was determined that the cause of the accident was the thrust reversers - "devices on the back of jet engines that divert their thrust forward, helping to slow a plane or force it backward." Apparently, they were not in the correct position to help slow the plane, so when the pilot attempted to abort the takeoff, the accident occurred.

The NTSB released a statement, saying:

"The only way to reduce forward thrust under these abnormal circumstances is to move the reverse levers to the stowed position…[it would] be counter intuitive to a pilot who was trying to abort a takeoff by applying maximum reverse thrust. Initially, flight crew members trying to slow the airplane would likely think that they are receiving the reverse thrust that they commanded until they realize that the airplane is not slowing."

The changes to the thrusters were among five other recommendations made by the National Transportation Safety Board.

It's sad that people had to die for this information to come to light, but it usually takes a tragedy like this to happen to ensure it will never happen again.

Rocker Travis Barker has been in contact with us over at the Twitterverse and he had some choice things to say in relation to his ex, Shanna Moakler.

He just Tweeted: "Watch out, the devil (Shanna) will take your kids as well. She'll lock them in a room while she hits the town with male porn stars in LA."

Yikes!

We thought these were pretty harsh words, so we told him, "I think you're acting out publicly like this because you maybe still care for her a lot. And she probably does you too."

Barker responded, "Perez, your sensitive side is nice. Thanks 4 the kind words but Shanna and i are DONE. Last you'll ever hear about her from me."

We'll see about that.

Sort of!

Yesterday, rocker and father Travis Barker Tweeted about motherhood, supposedly taking some stabs at his ex and mother of his children, Shanna Moakler.

Shanna got wind of it and her reps released this statement with OK!: "As I've said before Shanna is not going to play out her personal relationships in the media."

We think that is pretty dignified. Private matter requires privacy.

We hope they can work things out, though, for the kiddies

Travis Barker took to his official Twitter on Monday to share some thoughts related to motherhood.

He Tweeted, "Kids are not to be used as weapons. Deadbeat moms that sleep all day,seeking money, attention like 2 do so. Just hurts the kids in the end."

Wow.

He went on to also Tweet, "Giving birth 2 a child doesn't make u a good mom. Taking care of them, loving them,waking up with them, spending time with them does."

It sounds like he's giving a piece of his mind to babymomma Shanna Moakler!!

Ouch!

Thus far, Shanna has not responded to Travis.
