Perez is going to be on the new season premiere of Tyra - in just a few hours!

The show should air at 4 PM on The CW across the country.

We talk about EVERYTHING - including Demi Moore and her less than wholesome 15-year-old daughter, Tallulah Willis.

You won't wanna miss it!

Oh, and Tyra debuts her real hair.

Tyra Banks' talk show is making the move from syndication to the CW network and she wants you to know about it!

To promote the new season, empty storefronts and even entire buildings in both New York City and El Lay are going to be adorned with posters advertising for The Tyra Show.

Tyra doormats will also be placed around both cities to promote the 5th season premiere, which will be celebrating National Real Hair Day.

Are U looking forward to seeing TyTy bring the crazy this season?

Despite engagement rumors sparked by sporting some left-hand bling over the weekend, TyTy claims that she will not be getting married anytime soon!

According to her Twitter: "Hearing about crazy rumors that I'm engaged. Well, I'm not. The 'RING' is my high school class ring. It's 10k gold, and has zero diamonds. Ha!"

Then, why are you wearing it on that finger, boo?!

Just sayin'!

Tyra Banks and longtime boyfriend, businessman John Utendahl, went out to lunch on Saturday at the Little Next Door in Los Angeles, where TyTy was seen sporting a big ol' rock on her left ring finger!

We hope it's true!!

Tyra would make the most outrageous bridezilla!!!!

We were a bit…. scared nervous before we met her, but Perez's taping of Tyra Banks' talk show on Tuesday went really REALLY well.

We were surprised at how well it went, actually!

That's some great TV right there!

We CAN'T WAIT for you all to watch everything that went down - and look at Tyra's real hair! - when Perez's episode of the show airs on September 8th, the premiere of her new season.

Surprise!!!

Perez is in New York City today to help kick off the new season of Tyra!

That's right, the Queen of All Media is going to be a very special guest on Tyra Banks' talk show on September 8th, the premiere episode of her new season!

It's also the day that Tyrannosaurus is celebrating National Real Hair Day.

We are soooooo excited!

Perez has never met TyTy before and there is LOTS to talk about when we tape the show later today!!!!!

Tyranasaurus Rex has truly topped herself!

TyTy wants us to celebrate our "natural" hair with National Real Hair Day on September 8th!

Yes, Tyra has created her own holiday.

It was only a matter of time, guys.

National Real Hair Day just happens to coincide with the premiere of The Tyra Banks Show, of course.

Banks will be "debuting" rarely-seen natural hair on the fifth season premiere of the talk show, which will be making the shift from syndication to The CW this fall.

We'll let Tyra take it from here:

"This season on The Tyra Show we're taking it to the next level and getting more real than ever before by encouraging women everywhere to own and rock what they've got and be proud! For the Season 5 premiere, I will be doing just that - no fake hair, I'm rocking my REAL hair. This will all be going down on September 8, 2009, which we're declaring National Real Hair Day! We welcome everyone to go natural with me!"

We're actually speechless.

P.S. What about those of us that don't wanna be in touch with our natural hair???

Tyra Banks was on the set of Gossip Girl on Friday channeling some sort of 20s flapper look, hogging the camera, and being generally TYRannical.

Girl can still clean up pretty well though!

Minus the crazy look in her eyes.
