It's true! Sofia Vergara is covering the December issue of Health magazine, available on newsstands this Friday, in which she opens up about working out with her personal trainer, her unhealthiest habit, and plastic surgery.

In order to keep her figure looking as good as it does, the voluptuous Modern Family actress hired celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to keep her motivated throughout her "paaaaaaainful" workouts, explaining:

Sofia Vergara wasted no time to capitalize off of her Modern Family fame and she's not showing any signs of stopping!

The seksi Colombian actress is creating her own health and wellness website with world champion boxer Oscar De La Hoya!

The pair will join forces to launch SuperVida.com in 2012, a site catered to educate the Hispanic community about health issues, as Sofia explains:

“We are going to launch a website called SuperVida, dedicated to educating Hispanic families on health issues that most affect us. There are 50 million Hispanics in this country and there is not a resource like this and we need it. It is going to be revolutionary to better and save lives.”

Sofia says that being diagnosed and surviving thyroid cancer is what inspired her to create the site.

Word is the FC Barcelona player cheated on the 34-year-old Colombian singer with a younger woman while she was away from Spain.

Ugh! We don't get it. This guy has one of the most beautiful international music sensations and he can't keep it in his pants?

Our heart goes out to Shakira because infidelity sucks, but at least she had the good sense to kick Gerard's butt to the curb when she discovered he was willing to drop his pants Whenever, Wherever.

Now Shakira can finally find a man who TRULY appreciates her for all she's worth!

Camilo Villegas, a pro golfer originally from Colombia, is quite possibly the hottest golfer alive right now.

He built that body of his after discovering that he was too skinny to truly compete with the bigger guys who played Division 1 golf when he was in college. He created his a workout routine to build muscle without getting too bulky.

We think he got some lovely results!

The Colombian singer was caught locking lips with her Spanish boyfriend, Gerard Pique, during a soccer match between Barcelona and Osasuna on Sunday.

Normally, this is where we say, "Get a room", but these two are so gosh darn cute, we really don't mind the PDA.

We hope this couple lasts because it looks like they are truly in love!

Juanes had a few things to say to Obama — and they weren’t Spanish rock lyrics!

The Colombian rock star discussed a number of issues with the President including the landmine situation in Colombia. Obama will be visiting Colombia next year for the Summit of the Americas.

Obama also paid Juanes a compliment saying that he put his music on his iPod and that "it's very good."

Shakira is busy jet-setting around the world — but not for pleasure!

She’s on a philanthropy mission with the Barefoot foundation to help impoverished countries in Central and South America.

Her first stop was in Haiti, and she’s now helping lay the foundations (literally) for a school in Cartegena, Colombia. The school will help educate 1,500 impoverished children.

Said Shakira at the build site:

“We are very happy to be laying the first bricks of a school being built by the Barefoot Foundation in Cartagena. I want to thank so many people, but especially the mayor’s office because I think this is a very high risk area, it has been identified as a high risk area, and it is an area that a lot of other governments would have simply thrown into the waste basket.”

So inspiring!
