Brandon Routh is one dozy dad!

The seksi Superman Returns star was spotted taking his wife Courtney Ford and their new baby Leo James to lunch in El Lay.

After carrying around the little guy, it looked like new dad Brandon was just about ready to pass out!

Poor guy! It's never easy to adjust to the schedule of a new baby, let alone one with Kryptonian super speed!

We hope lil' Leo gives his famous father a break soon! There's only so much adorable any man can take!
