cancer-fraud-disneyland-vacation-awful

Well, this is awful.

A man who claimed he had cancer, but was a big giant bag of fraud, faked his way into getting a vacation to Disneyland for free. The deception of man knows no bounds when he wants a hug from Pluto.

Jeffrey Averett of South Jordan allegedly faked terminal cancer and got the family trip because if it, after a Mormon congregation threw a fundraiser for him. It was to be his "final" vacation — to the tune of $1,700.

He has been charged with felony communications fraud last Thursday.

His only mistake in this bonkers plan was

L.A. Laker Jordan Hill Charged With Felony Assault Against A Family Member

Jordan Hill Felony charge

The Los Angeles Lakers' newest star may not be shining for too long.

Power Forward Jordan Hill has been charged with felony assault for choking a family member in Texas on February 29.

We're not sure WHO he choked, but it must have been a pret-ty serious attack if they want to put him in the slammer for up to 10 years.

Since the incident occurred while he was still playing for the Houston Rockets, he's due in court Texas court to face the third-degree felony charge.

We hope this guy gets his act together because, unlike the picture above, assault is never a laughing matter.

Deplorable! Jerry Sandusky Complains About House Arrest After Court Hearing!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersFitnessFootball

Just disgusting.

Sadly not surprising, but still, just disgusting.

Jerry Sandusky is currently under house arrest while awaiting trial on over 50 felony charges after being accused of sexually molesting dozens of boys, while running his Second Mile charity, and yesterday, spoke to the media after a court hearing concerned his bail and home confinement, during which he actually COMPLAINED that he couldn't go outside and play with his dog - as his backyard is adjacent to a school playground!

Watch his absolutely nauseating comments (above).

A Guilty Barry Bonds Get Sentenced To…

Barry Bonds house arrest

30 days of house arrest!

That's a little harsh, don't ya think? Ha!

After being found guilty of felony obstruction in April because he lied to a jury during a 2003 federal investigation of steroid use in the MLB, Barry Bonds has to stay home for a month.

Hopefully the judge remembered to take away his video games and ESPN subscription too so Barry has time to really think about what he's done.

The home run king will also be on probation for 2 years and has to pay a $4,000 fine, but we're sure that was pretty easily covered by the cash he was carrying in his wallet.

Once again, a famous person has avoided serving any time in prison for committing a crime you're supposed to go to prison for.

In Bonds' case, federal sentencing guidelines recommend between 15 and 21 months in the slammer. Apparently, however, guidelines are a lot like laws and are meant to be broken.

We're not quite sure if this case was even worth the judge and jury's time or the taxpayers' money, but hopefully Barry finally learned a valuable lesson that most kids learn by kindergarten — don't tell lies!

Former NFL Player Arrested For Carrying Cocked Pistol

Former NFL Player Arrested For Carrying Cocked Pistol

Why is it that the NFL attracts crazies?

Glen Coffee, former San Frasisco 49ers star who retired after one season for religious reasons, was arrested for illegally carrying a cocked pistol.

WTF!

Coffee was pulled over for speeding, but after the cops saw that he had no registration or insurance for his Cadillac, they decided to search the car. That’s when they found a cocked pistol in the middle console. He was immediately arrested and is facing charges for a 3rd degree felony.

This is all very ironic, as when Coffee retired this year during training camp, he said that "[God] told me a long time ago to walk away from the game.”

Maybe his God likes guns?
