Although the Pain And Gain actor usually plays tough guy roles - it seems he's showing his sons how to be the sensitive types!

We wonder who the lucky recipient of those flowers will be?

We're sure they will be so touched!

We know we are! And the flowers aren't even for us!

They're not, right?

Because we'll take 'em! Lolz!

When it comes to raising kids, Alyson Hannigan has a green thumb!

The Buffy The Vampire Slayer star was spotted dropping off her beautiful daughter Satyana at her school in Santa Monica on Tuesday.

And we guess it was Saty's turn to bring the giant bouquet? Wait, we don't remember that from school!

Oh, we get it! She brought just one pretty flower in her hair the day before, and the teacher told her next time she better bring enough for everyone!

Either that or little Satyana has her first secret admirer! That's one heck of a strong kindergartener!

Royal Sweetheart!!

The Duchess of Cambridge spent her first Valentine’s Day as a married woman without her prince.

Instead of a going to a fancy dinner with Will, Kate Middleton opted to spend her holiday visiting the sick children at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.

The beloved kinda-princess was greeted by a crowd outside the hospital in Liverpool.

Once inside the building, Kate cheered up the kiddies with bedside visits. Many of the super sweet children gave her Valentines and flowers!!

Aww! Brits love their royals — and when it comes to Kate we totes get it.

Jennifer Garner finally gets some rest!

Being severely preggers means it's time to stay off your feet and we're glad dad Ben Affleck is giving momma a break!

He took their adoooooorable girls Violet and Seraphina to the farmers market in Pacific Palisades where they picked up some juicy fruit and a bouquet of flowers for Jen. (Well, we're assuming they're for her.)

Aw, really sweet, guys! Flowers is always a thoughtful gesture for your pregnant wife!
