Kim Kardashian dressed her baby-bump in satin and black lace to visit her lawyer Laura Wasser's offices Tuesday, where she reportedly sat for a super-secret deposition that lasted 9 hours!!

The reality star was apparently verbally poked and prodded by Kris Humphries' attorney Lee Hutton about her relationship with the athlete, as Lee was attempting to garner ANY evidence that might help prove Kim's marriage to Kris was FRAUDULENT and that she only did it for the $$$…

But Kris' lawyer seemed unsuccessful, as Kim supposedly maintained that she honestly DID love Kris, and that their marriage had NOTHING to do with her reality show.

This divorce is about to get nasty!

Bethenny Frankel needs to gear up for a courtroom brawl as her ex, Jason Hoppy, isn't backing down.

After she made some cray-cray divorce demands in her filing, Jason responded with some of his own.

And get this! They are the same demands Bethenny made!

Just like the reality TV star, Jason is requesting primary custody of their daughter, child support, payment for his lawyers, payment of their daughter’s and his medical and dental needs, and exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.

Basically, he wants the whole enchilada. With a margarita, of course.

Thank goodness!

James Holmes, the man who mercilessly killed 12 people during a Dark Knight Rises screening in Aurora, CO last July WILL stand trial for his "alleged" crimes, or so said Colorado District Judge William Sylvester Thursday night.

Holmes was expected to make a plea during today's scheduled arraignment, but the hearing has been postponed until March 12.

Apparently, Holmes' lawyers claim their client is mentally ill and needs more time to enter a plea.

Copious amounts of evidence link Holmes to the shootings, and as we've previously reported, Holmes has already been charged with 24 counts of murder and 116 counts of attempted murder in an untelevised hearing.

IF James is convicted, he could face the death penalty. If he is found not guilty because of his questionable mental state, he could be sent to an institution for the criminally insane.

Former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, Sheree Whitfield, might've been known for stating, "who gon' check me, boo?!" and now, it sounds like her lawyers have responded!

Reportedly, Sheree owed her lawyers a whopping $165k in legal bills, dating back to 2010, during her divorce from ex hubby, Bob Whitfield!

While Sheree DID pay $69k to the lawfirm Weinstock & Scavo, she refused to hand over the rest of the cash, seeing as she felt she was being overcharged!

Well, it looks like the reality star is paying the price, because not only does she now have to cough up the remaining balance, but she also has to pay interest… which all totals out to $119,674!
