A few days ago Rick Ross was BOOTED from the Reebok brand over the date-rape controversy stemming from certain lyrics in his latest tune U.O.E.N.O. …

So naturally, the rap star (finally) felt compelled to ACTUALLY apologize for seemingly condoning (and promoting) the act of DRUGGING a girl's drink for the purpose of later f*cking the same girl without her consent.

Rick Ross is one Reebok's many celebrity endorsers and has starred in some ads for the footwear company, but now there’s a petition going around to kick the rapper to the curb over some lyrics.

He laid down a verse on the song U.O.E.N.O. in which he says:

"I die over these Reeboks, you ain’t even know it / Put Molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it / I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it."

Sounds pretty much like date rape to us! And what’s worse for the sneaker company is that he references them right before the rape takes place!

Even his explanation was weak when he went on air to plead his case.
