We're not sure what's going on with marriage these days, or why the religious right are so keen to "protect" it if half of them end in divorce, and a whole bunch of them end before a year has gone by!

Amidst rumors of Chad Johnson refusing to sign the divorce documents, it looks like the opposite has happened — Chad seems to have come to terms with the end of his marriage.

He even calls the marriage "irrevocably broken."

They were filed yesterday in a Florida court and totally thinks the prenup should be enforced including a block of Evelyn's request that Chad pay her legal fees. He cites the prenup, as it says the two sides agreed to pay for their own.

Though, the least you could do is pay for her legal fees if you (allegedly) head-butted her!

We'll see how smoothly this goes…

This is it! The big day is here!

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian's lawyers are due in front of a judge today and will have to say whether they'll settle or go to trial.

Kris is refusing to settle but he isn't prepared to go to trial either. His lawyers haven't even taken Kim's deposition!

A judge even said all depositions must be done by today's hearing!

So it looks like things will be going to trial whether Kris likes it or not, because let's face it, judges don't mess around.

Let's hope his lawyers get prepared quick or they talk Kris into settling because with an "iron-clad prenup" we're not sure what going to court will do other than waste time and money.

Cena's ex-wife, Elizabeth Huberdeau, was surprised when her hubby suddenly filed for divorce and things got pretty nasty pretty quickly.

Kris Humphries is apparently loving all the attention he's getting from his divorce with Kim Kardashian.

Things should've been quick and easy - because of their iron-clad prenup - but Kris is challenging the contract, alleging that Kim only married him for TV ratings, therefore, defrauding him.

Whatevs.

Kim's lawyer is fighting back, however, saying that Kris is a media whore and is trying to draaaag out their divorce case so that he can continue to stay in the spotlight.

And things are definitely getting even uglier than that.

The judge in the case now says that both parties can be deposed, which means that Kim can be questioned about her motivations for marrying Kris.

Meanwhile, the curvalicious reality star has requested that Kris be forced to pay her attorney's legal fees if she wins against his fraud allegations.

Srsly, guys? Can't his NBA career be enough of a spotlight?

We just hope it's all over quickly. And we know we're not alone on this!

John Lackey, the most sensitive man on the planet and also a Red Sox pitcher, has had his divorce from wife Krista finalized.

The divorce was filed back in August — right in the middle of when Krista was battling breast cancer. Since even had to undergo a double mastectomy in March.
