Lindsay Lohan Facing FINES For Blowing Off Lawsuit From Nanny She Hit With Her Maserati!

lindsay lawsuit response

Remember that time Lindsay Lohan was sued by a nanny, whom she drove a Maserati into WHILE the woman was pushing a baby in a stroller?

Yeah! Apparently, Lindsay Lohan didn't, either, as she never responded to the lawsuit as required!

And now, the hard-pAArtying starlet may be facing all sorts of fines!

The whole fiasco originally went down back in 2010, when Nubia Del Carmen Preza was almost taken out by LiLo after she ran a red light, barely missing the child in the stroller, in the process!

ted lieu swatted

Oh man.

The individuals behind the increasingly frequent - and increasingly frustrating - SWATTING pranks that have sent authorities rushing to the homes of various celebrities under false pretenses are now SERIOUSLY playing with fire!

Apparently, in response to California senator Ted Lieu's proposal for an "Anti-SWATTING" bill that would shut the individuals in question down by forcing them to pay the $10,000 price for police resources used in every prank, they chose to make his Torrance, California home the site of their next attack!

According to reports, law enforcement

E! Internal Memo Expresses Disappointment In Fashion Police Writers Strike

fashion police writers strike internal e memo

We told you on Wednesday about the strike by the writers of E!'s Fashion Police!

Well, in case you were wondering how the network is responding to the labor dispute, here is an internal memo from President Suzanne Kolb to all E! employees, in its entirety:

"I want to make sure you are aware of a work action taking place on 'Fashion Police.' We are disappointed that the WGA has called a strike and some of the 'Fashion Police' writers have chosen to vacate their positions. It's unfortunate given that we have taken every action to expedite an election for these writers to decide if they wish to have a bargaining representative, which is the NLRB process that E! and the Guild followed for two other shows now under WGA agreements. In fact, if the WGA had taken the same path as they did with 'The Soup' and 'Chelsea Lately,' we would be well into negotiations toward a deal at this time. We are hopeful the 'Fashion Police' writers will choose to follow the same process and if the writers vote for Guild representation, we are prepared to sit down immediately with WGA representatives in the hopes of reaching a fair agreement."

Apparently it's the position of Ms. Kolb that E! is waiting at the table, and the union is stalling talks now.

But E! wants to be clear that Joan Rivers supports the writers' right to organize! They released a statement saying:

"As a point of clarification, Joan Rivers has gone on record repeatedly that she supports the 'Fashion Police' writers and wants a fair agreement for them."

So if everyone wants a fair agreement, why isn't there one? Something tells us someone isn't as willing to talk as they say!

Until then, fashion will just have to police itself!

The Anne Frank House Cuts Justin Bieber Some Serious SLACK! Read Their Response To The Controversy HERE!

justin bieber anne frank response

It's nice to see that even despite what we consider to be very justifiable backlash following his visit, the Anne Frank House is standing in support of Justin Bieber.

As we reported, the troubled pop sensation managed to cause some pretty serious controversy over the weekend during his trip to the Amsterdam home in which the courageous Jewish teenager hid from Nazis and wrote her now-famous diary, when he wrote in the guest book:

"Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber."

However, despite having the gall to make what have should have been a solemn, sobering and reflective visit about himself, representatives from the house stated this morning on their Facebook page:

drake vs chris brown

Here we go again!

The never-ending feud between Drake and Chris Brown has just had a HELLUVA lot more fuel thrown on that fire!

Following reports that the Fine China singer's bodyguard pressed charges against the rapper for inciting the W.I.P. nightclub blow-out that is STILL being hashed out in the courtroom, Drizzy sat down for an interview with Elliott Wilson on his Keep It Thoro internet radio show, and once again let his rival for Rihanna's love have it…well, SORT OF, anyway!

While he maintained that he wants the media to stop reporting on the pair's issues, as it only exacerbates them, Drake took the opportunity to also take some pretty harsh digs!

He explained:
