Q&A: My Dog Is A Rebel

pm-blue-button-web.jpg

Many of us have some problem areas when it comes to our dogs' training — but this woman has got it bad.

TeddyHilton.com reader, Petra, wrote to Dr. Patrick Mahaney and said:

My dog is probably the worst ever!!!!!!! She never goes on any walks. If she HAS to come I have to pull her out the front door. When my son forgets to clean the table she pushes the chair out and eats every last bit of food. She also bites my hand off if i have treats in it by jumping up and grabbing my hand. The last problem is she barks at everything! The worst part is 85 precent of the time she barks at NOTHING!! Please tell me what to do with my dog, Leila.

P.S. Help soon she is influencing my dog Loki who is beginning to pick up her bad habits.

Best Wishes,
Petra

Good thing we have Dr. Patrick to respond:

The Real Happy Feet Has A Live Webcam

The penguin who strayed to New Zealand from his Antarctic home, is becoming more active in his enclosure at the Wellington Zoo!

He's been named Happy Feet cause his story is so similar to the movie's. (also it's cute as hell!)

A live webcam feed of the bird has been gaining fans. He hasn't started dancing yet, but we're sure it'll happen any moment now.

ZOMG! We LOVE that book too!! LOL.

She's in the midst of a marathon U.S. tour, but Taylor Swift is committed to her summer reading. At the top of her list: The picture book Cuddly Kittens!

Taylor tweeted this adorbz pic saying:

"Just doing some pre-show sophisticated reading. Very serious material here,"

Swift isn't just kicking back with books when she's off-stage. She Tweeted on Tuesday,

"Was watching SharkWeek and almost called @abiander to talk about how scary sharks are. Then got this overwhelming fear that they can hear me."

LOLZ! Talented and funny AND beautiful… if we weren't fabulous ourselves we might be the tiniest be jealous!

Olivia Wilde's Dog Gets More Gifts Than She Does

Olivia Wilde And Dog Take On The Hollywood Hills

Poor poor girl!

Olivia Wilde recently admitted that her only boyfriend these days was her dog, Paco. Well, ever since fans have been eager to spoil her furry man-friend.

"Is it sad, that my dog is essentially the man in my life? He's a great dog, but it's funny because ever since I mentioned that he was my boyfriend, he gets way more swag than I ever have. I mean, truckloads arrive at the house for him. When he hears a car pull up, he just waits, like he knows it's for him!"

This lush lifestyle is a total 180 from Paco's humble beginnings. Olivia explains:

"I found him through Much Love Animal Rescue, and he had been found in the back of a U-Haul truck with his five other brothers and sisters, and they hadn't eaten for a week."

And how he's dating of of Hollywood's hottest celebs. Hmm… taking all her gifts, not working for it, comes from the streets — kinda reminds us of K-Fed! LOLZ!

Escaped Peacock Out On The Town In NYC

It Was Fun While It Lasted @Bronxzoopeacock

SRSLY NYC Zoos? Get it together!!

A peacock flew the coop today from the Central Park Zoo and remains on the loose on the Upper East Side.

The bird, a male, escaped around 9 a.m., a zoo worker told The Post.

The peacock drew about 100 onlookers this afternoon as it remained perched on a fifth-floor window at a building near East 65th Street and Fifth Avenue for about five hours.

Zoo workers and Parks Department officials were at the building in the hope the bird would fly to a lower floor so that it could be rescued.

The Bronx Zoo got tons of (possibly unwanted) press when a cobra and a peacock managed to escape this spring — and make some impressively witty twitter accounts.

Someone's copying the @BronxZooPeacock!

The Central Park Zoo Peacock has jumped right on that bad wagon as well. You can follow him under @BirdOnTheTown.
