Sad….
A coastal California town revealed a shocking discovery when 113 dead kittens were discovered in a home.
A property manager alerted authorities after an inspection of the home.
None of the kittens were older then two MONTHS! 51 adult cats were found alive but very sick and neglected.
Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for Monterey County Sgt. Stacy Sanders said the following:
The cats were living in extremely horrible conditions. They were separated into two groups and locked into rooms with little to no ventilation. The floors were saturated in urine and feces.
It definitely makes you go home and kind of hug your animals a little tighter at night
Animal hoarding needs to come to an end! NOW!
Police have not released the hoarder’s name but animal abuse charges are being sought out by officials.
