Ciara Pushes Back Her Album...Again!

What the hell? What are these MiMi shenanigans over here?
Sources are reporting that Ciara’s new album, Basic Instinct, has been pushed back again! Geez! We were suppose to have this album by now!
Originally, the disc was suppose to drop in August, then got pushed to October 5th. Now, we won’t be getting any new beats from Ciara until late October, either the 19th or the 26th! An official announcement is suppose to come towards the end of this week.
What gives, girl? What’s the hold up?!
