The Vampire Diaries stud has made it known that he would be totally down to cut loose for a musical episode. In a recent interview, he notes that many of his fellow cast members are skilled musically and he even has thoughts about the kind of song his Damon character would sing. He explains:

“Damon would be more like the barber of Fleet Street [a la “Sweeney Todd”]. He would be the guy who sings as he cuts people’s arms off…Full, Johnny Depp style.”

Um, yes please!
