Judge Wants To Simply End Simplify Anna Nicole Case

Is this still going on? Really?! Just let the woman rest in peace and throw these schmucks in jail already!
A judge overseeing the Anne Nicole Smith trial has requested that prosecutors simplify their proposal charging drug conspiracy charges against Anna’s doctors and boyfriend, insisting that the jurors are having trouble understanding the complex case.
Does anyone really understand it?!
After reviewing the lengthy complaint, Superior Court Judge Robert Perry asked prosecutors: “Are you trying to impress the jury with so many charges or abuse the jury?… I think it hurts your case when you complicate it.”
True. Housewives and retiree’s know only enough legal jargon to get them through an episode of CSI. Can’t expect much more than that.
