Well, the ULTIMATE twist is coming later on this season as sources are reporting that someone is poised to bite the big one on the show.
In other words, someone is dying. And not like, come-back-as-a-vampire or get-your-ass-saved-by-a-gawdy-ring dying! Dead dead. This person will be leaving the show for good! Donzeo!
