New fear unlocked… Jeez…

The boy was taken to the hospital for evaluation after the scary incident, but he got lucky! He thankfully didn’t suffer any serious injuries and was released later. Following the video, a Disney official told TMZ that their highest priority is the safety of guests, and the ride attractions are designed with several safety measures. The teams are also trained to respond to incidents like this one quickly, which the spokesperson said they did and stopped the ride immediately. Additionally, per the regulations, officials with the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health inspected the roller coaster on Monday and approved it to re-open.

This is why you should always keep your butts in the seat as they tell you! The 13-year-old really is lucky that he wasn’t seriously harmed or worse! As of now, no further details explaining why he decided to get out have been released.
