Bench Warrant Out For Evi Quaid...NOT For Randy

Looks like Evi Quaid is the one who’s in more trouble this time!

After failing to show up to court yesterday morning, a judge in Santa Barbara, California has issued a bench warrant for Evi Quaid’s arrest. The judge has also ruled that Evi forfeits the $500,00 bail that she posted earlier. Ouch!

The judge did NOT issue a bench warrant for Randy Quaid though, who has a court appearance coming up in Canada on November 8, BUT if Randy doesn’t attend his U.S. court date on Nov 16 which is likely, he’ll face a bench warrant as well.

Will things work out for Evi? Will Randy join his wifey and get a bench warrant too? Are people really trying to kill the Quaids?

Guess we’ll see what happens as the saga of the Quaids continues!
