The magazine shows the couple having the time of their lives, enjoying each other’s company, all while visiting coffee shops in Taylor’s hometown of Nashville. The two even traveled to New York to visit Jake’s sister Maggie Gyllenhaal, where Taylor is pictured having a play date with Jake’s niece, Ramona.
