Sounds like Nicole Richie is surely a stubborn one!
Hubby Joel Madden recently revealed in an interview that Nicole was not too keen on marriage OR with letting Joel have his way!
Joel confessed:
“My wife is pretty good at rejecting me├óΓé¼┬ªpeople don’t know this. But I asked her to marry me 10 times before she actually said yes — I was asking every other Tuesday.”
Ouch! LOLz!!!
Though the two eventually got hitched in 2010 with Joel finally winning her over, he joked:
“I pulled out the kids! I said, ‘Do you really wanna do this to these kids?’ I’m just kidding. I’m passive aggressive.”
Well, your persistence definitely paid off, didn’t it, Joel??
Gotta give the guy some credit! Ha!
Joel and Nicole make such a great couple and their kids, Harlow and Sparrow, are TOO adorbz for words!!!
Here’s to many more years of blissful marriage!
