OKAY.
We’ve got some good news and some bad news, 30 Rock fans.
The good news is that despite some ominous-sounding Tweets, Alec Baldwin is NOT quitting the comedy series!
However, as Tina Fey previously suggested on The View, the end may be near!
Alec explained via 140 characters or less:
As far as I know, 30 Rock is back next year. But all things must pass. New shows. New people.

Gah! It’s beginning to sound more and more like the show only has one or two years left in it!
Which is a very sad realization, but hey! We can’t blame people for wanting to move on to different projects!
And we’d rather they go out on their own terms – AKA on top – rather than be dragged along until it’s terrible and the network cancels it!
We don’t know, folks…it may be the beginning of the end for Liz Lemon and company!
