Elizabeth Banks recently opened up when it came to getting back into The Hunger Games swing of things for her role as Effie!
While preparing for Catching Fire, she reveals her virginal experience of having a job before the director! And how the introductory meeting felt priceless!!
She explains:
“Let me tell you what’s fun├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥to have the job before the director! That has never happened ever in my life. Going into that meeting, I was like, ‘I have the job. You tell me what you’re going to do, buddy├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥cause I’m already in this hit movie. We talked about where the movie is going. It was great. I love being with Woody [Harrelson] and Lenny [Kravitz]. That’s who I get to pal around with.”
Geesh! We don’t blame her for sounding so excited!
Does this sound like a DREAM job or what?!
It can’t be easy jumping onto a project with a set group of people who have already collaborated and worked together prior, but it sounds as though everyone is very excited with the choice of Francis for Gary Ross‘ successor, which we think is a VERY good sign!
Agh!
