Photographer Wants Alec Baldwin Prosecuted For Violent Outburst!

Ooh man! This is getting complicated!
Marcus Santo, the award-winning photographer who personally faced the wrath of an angry Alec Baldwin, is speaking out on the physical incident. And his lawyer says he wants full prosecution!
As for the allegations that Marcus hit Alec with his camera, he says:

“I never hit him with a camera. How am I going to take a picture if I come too close? I was trying to move back to soft the blow. He just lunged at me. I feel headaches, and my jaw is hurting me.”

And when you watch his interview (above), he’s just as sympathetic as Alec was during his Letterman taping!
Ahhh!!! Who’s side to take?? Who’s less of a jerk here??? Hmm?
