Eva Gets Into The Floral Spirit

It may be winter, but Eva Mendes could care less.

On Tuesday the actress, who usually wears something short and tight, covered up in a floor length floral Peter Som dress to announce the 2011 Independent Spirit Award nominees.

The dress is pretty, we just wish she put a little more effort into her hair.
