His charges weren’t dismissed like his lawyer had hoped, but Calvin Klein‘s ex Nick Gruber did get a fairly lenient sentence.
Nick was arrested back in April, after his pAArtying got a little out of control, and was charged with felony cocaine possession and two misdemeanors of resisting arrest and assault with intent to cause physical harm.
Appearing in court on Thursday, the 22-year-old former model and gay porn star pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and was sentenced to 20 days of community service – 10 days to be completed in New York and 10 days to be completed in California.
Considering he had an “amazing” experience in rehab after his arrest, let’s hope that this is just the next step in his recovery and getting back on the right track.
