A PETA commercial starring Pamela Anderson called “Cruelty Doesn’t Fly”, ia already banned at some U.S. airports like New York and Boston – and now has been banned in Hong Kong!
The ad — which also features Jackass star Steve-O, German punk icon Nina Hagen, and a bare-naked butt — was “considered inappropriate” because it might offend some visitors.
PETA seems surprised that their ad is being deemed to racy, with PETA Asia’s vice president, Jason Baker, saying:
“Given the groping that you see at security checkpoints and the nudity that you see in body scans we’re surprised that our lighthearted ad was deemed too risqu├â┬⌐.”
