Ryan Lochte’s dreams are literally coming true!
He was spotted hanging out with Carmen Electra at a club, and things were apparently pretty flirty!
Ryan must’ve been so happy because he went online and called her his “biggest crush since childhood.”
The two of them were spotted at Bootsy Bellows in Hollywood on Tuesday night by an eyewitness, who had the following to say about the GLORIOUS sight:

“They were in a booth together and he had his arm around her and they were kissing on the lips. At one point, they were standing up and kissing and everyone saw them.”

Whoa! Way to go, Ryan!
They continued:

“They did not leave together, and I am not sure if they will see each other again. But they have been tweeting and instagraming back and forth.”

That’s so cute! The feelings are mutual!
Carmen tweeted at Ryan, saying, “So nice to meet u. JEAH!!!”
Ha! We think they’d actually make a pretty cute couple!
Maybe we’ll see them hooking up more on Ryan’s new reality show What Would Ryan Lochte Do?
