A woman has been charged with killing a dog by burning it alive in a disturbing new case!
The St. Louis Animal Cruelty Task Force in Missouri had found a dog burned badly in a backyard and were initially unaware of who had done the terrible new crime.
But then Adrienne Martin starting bragging about it on Facebook with status updates like:
“I’m on a killa mode #killdog.com today.”
Police arrested Martin who eventually admitted to killing the dog. It was her sister-in-laws’ and she said the pooch had bit her son which sent him to the hospital.
Stray Rescue tried to save the dog’s life, but eventually the poor pup succumbed to organ failure.
Here’s what the director of Stray Rescue said:
“It is just so inhumane I can`t even see straight.”
And after the woman was arrested he said:
“Today some justice has been served. It`s not going to bring him back and I wish that he got to experience the love here at Stray Rescue, but at least finally someone was arrested.”
Such a sad story!
We can’t believe someone would do such a terrible deed and then be proud about it and brag.
Totally sickening.
