Giddy up!
As mentioned, Kaley Cuoco luuuurves horses, especially this guy Thor (above).
We’ve seen her ride horses before, but the proud equestrian stepped up and entered a horse-jumping competition in Santa Barbara this past weekend in full English riding attire, and galloped with her horsie around the course, jumping over several obstacles with ease!
What’s amazing is she almost lost her foot in a riding accident last year!! And, yet, here she is, literally getting back on the horse!
Talking recently about her accident, she said:
“I’m hysterical and the doctor comes in and says, ‘OK, gotta go over your options; one (of) them is amputation.’ All I’m thinking is, ‘I’m gonna have to call work and tell them I only have one foot.’ He really was telling me that they were thinking there was infection… (I thought) my foot was gonna be gone… They had to tell me because I was going into emergency surgery that I might be coming out with one foot.”
Thank goodness that didn’t need to happen!!
She got over any fear from her accident and got back to doing what she loves! And, now, she’s tweeted that her day spent competing with Thor was “pure joy.” Just check out another pic of the two together (below)!
