Uh oh!
It looks like another NFL Quarterback might be getting a hefty fine for wearing Beats by Dre.
Panthers QB Cam Newton sported the stylish headphones during his pregame warmup against the Bengals yesterday, meaning he could face a $10,000 fine!
As you may know, the NFL partnered with Bose, making them the only headphones allowed on camera during games.
However, since Cam was wearing his Beats only during his warmup and not during any actual play, it’s unclear if he’ll still face the charge or not.
Cam’s case comes only days after 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick received his $10,000 fine for the same ‘crime.’

In the end, this is pretty much just some easy advertising for Beats, they’re probably happy that their guys are still repping their gear. So happy, in fact, that we bet Cam won’t be forking over his own money anytime soon!
Outside of the music-tech drama, the Panthers ended up in a draw against the Bengals with a score of 37-37 after yesterday’s game.
It’s kind of dumb to us that these guys are getting five-figure fines for simply wearing headphones while other players are still getting off scot-free for domestic abuse.
But that’s none of our business…
