
Big Sean has a big heart.
The 27-year-old released the music video for his single One Man Can Change the World on Friday, and the sentimental song really has us all choked up.

The track pays tribute to the rapper’s late grandmother, and the video certainly does it justice, delivering an equally powerful message about his love for the woman who had such a huge impact on his life.
On Thursday, he took to Twitter to send a series of messages about how important this song is to him, writing:
never had a song like this be a single, it’s different then what’s on radio, but I feel it’s needed w/ all the craziness goin on right now..
