At this point in the election, it almost seems like Donald Trump‘s candidacy is one giant walking punchline.
From his “locker room talk” to his predatory stage lurking during the second presidential debate, the Republican nominee’s behavior has been the least presidential of any major candidate.
But despite any lack of seriousness on his campaign, Trump still couldn’t take a joke and spent his Sunday morning lashing out at Saturday Night Live for taking advantage of his buffoonery.

Live from his Twitter account, Trump reamed the “boring and unfunny” NBC sketch show — you know, the same one he hosted last November!
Slamming Alec Baldwin‘s (accurate) cartoonish portrayal of him, Trump wrote:
Watched Saturday Night Live hit job on me.Time to retire the boring and unfunny show. Alec Baldwin portrayal stinks. Media rigging election!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 16, 2016
“Media rigging election” was the theme of the candidate’s rant, as he went on to once again claim the multiple women accusing him of sexual misconduct were lying:
Polls close, but can you believe I lost large numbers of women voters based on made up events THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Media rigging election!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 16, 2016
Election is being rigged by the media, in a coordinated effort with the Clinton campaign, by putting stories that never happened into news!

Ironically, this hypocritical stance on silencing his own accusers while using Bill Clinton‘s accusers as a prop for his campaign is one of the many tactics Trump was skewered for on SNL.

In his defense, he’s probably not even paying close enough attention to his own campaign to tell how spot on the variety show is spoofing it!
Either way, it looks like Trump has already found a scapegoat if he loses astronomically on election day!
What did YOU think of SNL‘s take on Trump?
