Ciara wore this very busy peplum get-up during a co-hosting appearance on Live! With Kelly in NYC Wednesday, and we don’t know what to make of it.

It quite frankly looks like she’s drowning under the weight of all those layers!
Maybe if the singer had pulled her hair up this would’ve been a less overwhelming look, but with her curls nearly down to her waist, the entire ensem was seriously loud.
And yet, despite that excess of fabric, CiCi still managed to pull off some dance moves (below):
