After hosting the BET Awards on Sunday, Leslie Jones was feeling like a total star.
That is, until she checked in at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Los Angeles, and got the total opposite of the star treatment!

The Saturday Night Live star took to Twitter on Monday to say what a ball she had hosting the popular award show — and how quickly her night went south after staying at the ritzy hotel chain.
The deep south, apparently, as Jones hinted at experiencing some racism from the hotel staff! She tweeted:
Wow was such a great night at the BET awards. But then had THE WORST STAY @RitzCarlton DO NOT STAY THERE!! THEY DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!

Whoa, girl. What happened?
The 49-year-old didn’t go into detail about the alleged incident, but her message prompted a response from the company’s account:
We’re very sorry to hear this. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all. Please DM us & we’ll look into this right away.
