Kim Kardashian Gets Sued AGAIN!!

Another day, another KarJenner lawsuit!
According to TMZ on Wednesday, marketing company Vibes Media is suing Kim Kardashian over the release of her latest perfume “Vibes” (above, left insert), from her KKW Fragrance “Kimoji” line.

In the suit, the conglomerate claims the KUWTK star’s “Vibes” bottle is too similar to their trademarked logo (above, right insert).
The Chicago-based enterprise says Kimmy does NOT have permission to use their emblem, and wants all fragrance bottles to be destroyed. Oh, and they want damages as well.
