A heavenly tribute! Miley Cyrus was one of the many artists who honored the late Chris Cornell by performing at the “I Am the Highway: A Tribute to Chris Cornell” benefit concert Wednesday night.
The 26-year-old singer took the stage at The Forum in El Lay and performed two of the Soundgarden rocker’s classic songs. She first belted out his 1999 solo single Wave Goodbye in a sparkly indigo ensemble, then later returned wearing a Chris Cornell sweatshirt and rocked out to his Temple of the Dog hit Say Hello 2 Heaven.
Chris Stapleton, Adam Levine, Metallica, and the Foo Fighters were just some of the many stars who also performed at the Jimmy Kimmel-hosted benefit, which raised over $1 million for the Chris and Vicky Cornell Foundation, as well as The Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.

And the crowd was just as beautiful as the cause. Several celebs attended the concert to show their support, including A-listers like Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale, Tom Hanks, Courteney Cox, Kaley Cuoco, and David Spade.
Sounds like a magical night! Watch clips of Miley’s performances (below).
