Simon & Garfunkel: Shows On Hold!

And some of their tour dates have been postponed.

After Art Garfunkel of folk duo Simon & Garfunkel suffered a vocal strain, they had to postpone five of their Canadian dates of their North American tour. Live Nation released a statement:

“In an effort to provide the highest quality performance for their audience, Paul and Art decided it would be best to move the scheduled concert dates. The dates have been rescheduled to allow for an adequate period of rest and rehabilitation, after which Art is expected to make a complete recovery.”

The shows in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon and Winnipeg will go on in July.
