Man Arrested For Cooking And Eating Cats

A California man has been arrested and sent to jail for allegedly cooking and eating cats.
Say whaaaat??
The man is being held at Kern County Jail on charges of animal cruelty and using a pet or domesticated animal for food.
Neither of these charges are felonies but this is still despicable.
Neighbors called the sheriffs after they heard wailing and screeching from cats inside the 36-year-old man’s house.
The sheriff’s spokesman said:

“[I’ve] never seen anything like this.”

He couldn’t comment directly on the evidence other than the fact that things were found that implied he planned to use the cats for food.
This is disgusting and cruel and plain weird.
We’re glad this psycho was caught.
Poor kitties.
