After meeting at the CAA Super Bowl party last winter, sources say the two “secretly saw each other” while Alex was in Florida for spring training!

“A-Rod’s with Cameron. They’ve been keeping it quiet, but they’re totally together,” tells the insider.

They say the relationship between Cam and A-Rod is totally “casual” with “neither pushing for commitment.”

Sounds like a glorified booty call to us!
