Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez and his newly minted ex, Cynthia, reached a multimillion dollar settlement on Thursday.
Settlement details were not provided, but Cyn likely walked away with a good chunk of cash.
In her divorce petition, the ex-Mrs. A-Rod demanded their $12 million estate in Coral Gables, Fla., “equitable distribution” of all assets acquired during the marriage, alimony and child support from A-Rod, life and health insurance and enough to pay for private schools so she and their two daughters can maintain the “high standard of living” they’re used to.
A-Rod fought back and said that he was only willing to give her what was required in their prenup and threatened to make ex-Rod pay his legal fees if she challenged the agreement and lost.
The ‘happy medium’ reached undoubtedly cost A-Rod some big bucks!
As y’all know, Cynthia blamed the marriage bust up on A-Rod’s “long period of infidelity”.
While she declined to name names, she privately told friends that one of A-Rod’s of mistresses was Madonna.
While A-Rod conceded their marriage was “irretrievably broken,” he demanded that allegations of his “extramarital affairs” be stricken from all court records.
What a joke, Yankee man!
