Filming Undercover Animal Abuse Videos To Become Illegal

So Sad!
Law makers have taken away our right to see how our food is made in Iowa.
A bill making it a felony to produce and distribute videos showing animal abuse on farms was approved by the House and a similar bill was approved by a Senate committee Thursday morning.
Iowa’s agriculture industry pushed for the bill after the release of a video showing extreme cruelty and abuse taken undercover at an Iowa hatchery.
Proposed penalties include up to five years in prison and fines of up to $7,500.
