Alec Baldwin Continues To Follow His Own Rules In New York City! This Time He's Driving His Bike On The Sidewalk!

The rules of the road are there for a reason!
It seems like Alec Baldwin didn’t learn from his arrest on Tuesday!
The 30 Rock star was arrested earlier this week for riding his bicycle the wrong way and for not having identification on him and Thursday was no different for Jack Donaghy!
Alec was caught on camera riding his bike on the sidewalk, which is a HUGE no-no in New York!
Not only was he biking the wrong way, he had coffee clutched in one hand, which totally makes it a little harder to navigate! Thankfully he narrowly avoided the woman and baby in the stroller crossing in front of him.
Be more careful and pay attention to the rules next time, Alec! What would Woody Allen say?! Ha!
