Alec Baldwin Shares His Side Of Alleged Paparazzo Beatdown

Alec Baldwin made headlines earlier today, when he allegedly PUNCHED the shiz out of a paparazzo from New York Daily News.
The incident went down as the Rock of Ages actor and his fiancé, Hilaria Thomas, were bouncing out of the city Marriage License Bureau.
We’ve heard the lensman’s side of the story (and saw the PICTURE PROOF!) — now we have the actor’s!
According to Baldwin’s rep:

“As Alec and his fianc├â┬⌐ were leaving City Hall, a ‘civilian’ walking in front of Alec positioned himself to obstruct the view of a photographer aggressively trying to shoot the couple. The photographer was clearly frustrated, pushed past the bystander and assaulted Alec with his camera. There were no punches thrown, and any subsequent physical contact was simply Alec protecting himself.”

Ohhhhhh, it was all self protection! That makes sense… kinda.
This stament was supported by the actor, who Tweeted:

“Ppl working in the entertainment industry keep appts w the press on a regular basis. Paparazzi assaulting you on the street duznt count.”

Sure duznt!
That sentiment is a LOT less terrifying more professional than his tweet earlier today, announcing that “#paparazzishouldbewaterboarded.”
So, who is telling the truth??
Guess only time — and possibly a Judge — will tell!
